So sorry for that, this is because  the number of daily orders has increased too much. Even though we are working overtime every day, we still can't keep up with the pace of the order growth, which has resulted in longer processing times han before for the orders now. We apologize again for any inconvenience caused.

The fact that you’ve worked with kinky curly hair before and had better results with other brands makes this even more disappointing — you had every right to expect the same quality here.You also shouldn’t have to settle for a style you didn’t want, especially after going through the effort of coloring and installing the hair.Please know this isn’t the standard we want for our customers. You followed the return process exactly as described, and to be left without a resolution, a refund, or even a response when customs required documentation is completely unacceptable.A return policy is only meaningful if it’s backed up by real support when issues arise. The fact that you took the time to ship the item back with tracked shipping, covered the cost yourself, and then received no help when customs needed an invoice — especially after they stopped responding — is not the kind of service we would ever want a customer to go through.Please know that we take this very seriously.
