I want to start by saying my order took a little longer than expected to arrive. When I contacted customer service, they quickly explained that I had placed my order during the Chinese holiday when couriers temporarily shut down. They apologized and kept me informed, which I really appreciated. Now let’s talk about the hair… because once it arrived, it was absolutely worth the wait. First of all, they even added a couple of extra bundles, which was such a thoughtful surprise. I ordered the Deep Wave crochet human hair, and let me just say — this hair is EVERYTHING. Before installing it, I wanted to really test the quality. I washed the hair and let it air dry, and the texture remained exactly the same. The curls stayed soft, defined, and beautiful. Then I decided to do the ultimate test… I colored the hair. Even after coloring, the wave pattern held perfectly! The curls bounced right back, and the hair still felt incredibly soft and lightweight. What I love most about this hair is: • The natural movement • The lightweight feel • The beautiful, consistent curl pattern You can tell this is quality human hair. I haven’t installed it yet, but I’m already extremely impressed with how well it held up through washing and coloring. I’m so excited to install it in the next few days. Thank you for the wonderful customer service and for taking care of me during the shipping delay. If you’re thinking about purchasing this hair, I can confidently recommend the Deep Wave texture. I will definitely be purchasing more bundles and trying other textures very soon. Absolutely worth it!
