If I can give them zero stars
If I can give him zero stars, I would first of all you need to refund me my damn money back you sent the wrong color. The wrong length it’s supposed to be three bundles. You send one I asked you to cancel the order, apparently you having because sezzle keeps bugging me for order that was canceled that shouldn’t even went through.nor send You need to contact sezzle you’re freakin crooks!!

Amount of hair in 1 bundle is different…
Amount of hair in 1 bundle is different then what is shown on website. You need over 10 bundles of the wt and wavy braiding hair at $50 to $100 a pack to do braids. I ordered 3 bundles only 2 bundles came I had to order 3 more and still not enough hair.

Painful install
The lengths on the loops on most of the hair was so short that my stylist had a hard time installing my hair. It also caused the installation to be painful as she had to do a lot of unnecessary pulling to get the hair through the loops. The hair itself is beautiful. Unfortunately, I won't able to purchase this hair again.

I was disappointed in the hair it was…
I was disappointed in the hair it was not as advertised and I paid for 3 bundle and I received not a hall of a bundle. Email the company my company and that was two days ago, I still have not heard from anyone. I ask for a refund and I have not heard anything not a email or phone call.

They are not posting all reviews
They are not posting all reviews. Locs boho crotchet tangles extremely bad not worth money the size are inconsistent I’ve purchased both box boho crotchet braids and locs . The locs shed a lot and are heavy after use of 3 packs. They don’t post any of my reviews I placed over 3 orders of box braids no reviews were posted and one of locs which was a real review. They are not being honest with the reviews

The worst hair I have ever purchased
The worst hair I have ever purchased. I had boho braids done for 300 and 300 for the hair, 600 dollars wasted. By the second weak the hair looked worst than my own. A matted mess, dry , brittle, lock mess! Notified company , sent picture and crickets from the company.
