I submitted a previous review after initially installing the water wave crochet hair. I wanted to share that after just two weeks of wearing the hair. It was a tangled mess! I thought it would be low maintenance considering it is human hair and I only used a refresher spray on it. My stylist tried to wash, condition, and detangle it but we had to cut it out. So now there is no way it can be reused. I’m more than happy to share pictures and would prefer not to have to post this to my social media to help others avoid this experience.

SCAM COMPANY AVOID AT ALL COST
I have bought different textures of hair from this vendor, and overall, I am very pleased. This review is for the water wave bundles and crochet hair. The hair becomes tangled after wearing it for 3 days. I removed it as it was awful and could not be worn as it was like a birds nest on my head. This company is a scam they offered a full refund on trust pilot but now are refusing to refund my money. I'm also trying to return an unworn HD closure and they are claiming the closure has been used how is that possible when it's only been in my home for 7day. I changed my mind about using a closure as when it arrived the knots are to big so I want to return it but they are refusing to take it back along with refunding me as they said they would

Quality minus quantity
I received only 2 packages of hair. I thought it was supposed to be more for $100. If this is my error in ordering disregard this review. On the positive side, the hair is beautiful.

When I opened the hair
When I opened the hair, all of the center pieces were about 1-inch in length. Since the policy is you can't get a refund once the package is opened, I am out a couple of hundred dollars. How can one know if the item is defective unless the package is opened?

I emailed you 3 times that the color…
I emailed you 3 times that the color was wrong never received an email back and I have not received my order terrible customer service

I found out about this company threw…
I found out about this company threw YouTube so I figured that I would check them out, put to only find out that they would send me synthetic hair. When I paid for human boho crochet hair. Which I knew that the braided part of that hair would be synthetic and the curly part would be human hair it wasn't. I have been going back and forth with this company on WhatsApp. Now I will go over their heads. I will not recommend this company to not one.

Still waiting
I ordered my hair for vacation 6/23 and I have yet to receive it. Customer service would often take alot of time to respond only to find out it would take 5 additional days before it even ships. Which is not what the site says. So disappointing I pushed my appt back 3 times only for the hair not come

They stole my money and shipped nothing
Placed my order on June 22 and it's now July 7. I haven't received any tracking updates in the last two weeks since ordering. They are VERY slow to respond on WhatsApp and are talking in circles rather than providing real updates. This company is A SCAM.
