Expensive scam
The hair was promoted as ‘natural’ human hair. However, when I tried to curl it, I couldn't get any curls, and the hair just went flat... This would not be the case with natural hair (incidentally, the temperature I used, recommended by Eayon hair, is too low compared to what real natural hair could withstand). The hairdresser also told me that the hair was not natural because there was too much waste. The result was awful, I paid the price for natural hair and had to throw it all away, losing £273 in the most expensive scam I've ever encountered so far!

Deep curly- color #30 is not human…
Deep curly- color #30 is not human hair. After just 2 weeks the hair was matted and unmanageable. I’ve ordered different hair before that I was very pleased with and I have actually reused it 3x for different styles (double drawn tight curly). I will continue to reorder the double drawn tight curly but deep curly #30 was truly disappointing. This is absolutely synthetic hair.

Please rest assured that all of our colored human hair— including #30 — is made from 100% human hair, and we do not mix synthetic fibers. However, color-treated hair can sometimes behave differently from natural black due to the chemical processing involved, which may result in dryness or increased tangling if not properly moisturized and maintained. No shipping info was given at the time…
No shipping info was given at the time of purchase, which is major bc how are people able to see if they will receive their order in time.on top of paying $25 for shipping & no details. If details of shipping b4 purchase could have been provided this may have been a better experience

The worst experience
I just got it put in today. This is the worst batch of hair I ever had it is tangling so bad it is so frizzy it looks like I had it in for months I was so embarrassed when the hair dresser was trying to untangle it so it would at least look decent. This was the worst experience ever walking out of the beauty shop with this hair. The first time I ordered it was good hair but this time y'all failed.And this hair sheds too much I can't even run my fingers through it so much hair be in my fingers.

I did not have a pleasant experience…
I did not have a pleasant experience with your company. The human hair is very expensive ($360), and I do not believe it delivered. There was much aggravation and frustration trying to make sure my hair arrived in time for installment before my trip out of the country. The hair length, which stated 16”, is in fact 14”. I feel having to stretch the hair for it to be the length that I ordered and expected is a misrepresentation.

They took 9 days to ship order out
They took 9 business days to ship order out. I emailed them about it, they said because the 14inch was out of stock but they could send me the 16inch. After inquiring if it would be the same cost they didn’t write back, but sent out the 14 inch 3 days later
