The hair is beautiful....but i I ordered 3 bundles and only received 2....and the bundles don't seem to have enough hair to do a hold head.

I placed my order on 2/24/26, I got the confirmation and that's it. I tried emailing and calling, it says leave a message as no one answered. I was excited for this order, but now I'm wondering did I make a mistake ordering from this company. UPDATE!!! On the day I left this review, my package shipped and it arrived today 03/11/26, I also got a response from them on the day I left the review. I have to say the hair is beautiful and the color is amazing and a great match for my salt and pepper hair. I purchased the salt and pepper seamless clip ins. I will see how it holds up to heat once I install, but so far they seem great. I upped my rating to 4 stars, they would have received 5 stars had it not taken so long to receive my order. I'm just glad they finally came.

The hair is pricey, but the colors are gorgeous! It came quickly. Love that. Soft and light, beautiful but don't feel like human hair. Frizzes easily. Used water and conditioner to tame. Need 4=5 packs for full head of hair. 2 packs @ 50 strands each = 1 pack (100 strands) I ordered 4 different colors of crochet hair.

I love it! The curl pattern is almost similar to my hair type but it is looser than mine. Persons I know thought it was my hair so that’s a plus. It has a distinct smell though. I washed it with shampoo and conditioner but the original smell was still there. I can’t say if it’s a good or bad scent, it just smells different. Other than that I am fine with it.

The hair was packaged well and it is as described. Beautiful color. Light in weight and great curls. I only gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because I don't know how the hair/curls will hold up yet.

The hair is soft, fluffy and easy to style. My braider loved the texture of my hair. The only two issues is that the hair can become tangled when taking it apart, and the amount that is needed to complete a whole head. Under the hair it stated 2 can be used for a head but 3 will make it full. With my experience 4 to maybe 5 are actually needed to cover all the cornrows underneath the crochet hair.

I ordered the crochet hair on Dec. 1st I was expecting it to get here at least by Christmas so I could clean it and install it. I text find out when I would receive it and chatted with Luna. She explain that my order was still in the warehouse and I wouldn’t get it by Christmas but she could send my money back. I said no I’ll wait if it isn’t too much longer. She said she will keep me updated. I final received my hair on the 29th soft no shedding. I’ll install it after washing it first. My other items curling heatless rod and clip came but it was broken. Luna said send a picture so I did still waiting to see how long it will take to get this🤣😂🤣. I think because the hair was salt n pepper it took so long because I purchase a black one at the same time and I got it right away. Thanks Luna for your help and quick responses.
