However, because the address was incorrect, FedEx has already returned the package to our U.S. facility. Opened/used packs cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons. Hi love, Thank you so much for your feedback! We’re really sorry to hear about the odor. Sometimes, due to packaging and overseas transit, human hair can retain a scent that fades after washing. We do recommend gently washing the hair before use. You can soak it in a mixture of warm water and a few tablespoons of apple cider vinegar for 10–15 minutes to help neutralize any odors, then follow up with a sulfate-free shampoo and conditioner. Let the hair air dry completely, and it should be fresh and ready to install. and about the length,curly hair should be measured when it be completely strengthend.We’d like the opportunity to make this right.
