Charged my Amex Immediately Shipped 5 Days Later

Charged my Amex the day I ordered, instead of when the item shipped like most reputable companies. Then shipped my order 5 days later, and Only After I emailed them inquiring about the shipment and noting my card had been charged days ago. The order arrived very quickly once they shipped it, but the package was so small there was NO WAY the items I ordered were in the package, unless they stuffed them in there to fit - Which is extremely unprofessional and disrespectful the hair. I refused the package, It is not common practice for any reputable company to charge your card the day the order was placed and Not Ship The Item until 5 days later. Reputable companies charge your card when they ship your product. If you are securing the inventory & charging my card the day the order is placed, you should ship my items that day as well. I shop ALOT. I have ordered from other Online Beauty Suppliers (Joe’s Beauty in FL). They ship my order the day I place the order and I have never seen a hair delivery stuffed in such a small package. Ever. It’s inexcusable, and unprofessional. When I looked at that tiny paper package that was supposed to contain my two packs of 3 bundles of hair, I immediately thought - there is no way my hair fit in that tiny package. So if you stuffed it in that little package, that’s AWFUL. Do a lot better. If you charge me on Day 1, ship my stuff on Day 1. Don’t ship it almost a week later, And Only After, I inquire. You apologized for my experience and then you justified your actions as if they were okay. They weren’t. And don’t apologize and follow it up with excuses that negate the apology. Customers have too many options to deal with poor customer service. So, I want to ensure to share my Honest review of my experience with this company. I pray you guys do better. Also, the tracking shows the refused package was returned/delivered back to you guys yesterday. Yet, your customer service has REFUSED to process my refund. They should have processed my refund when they verified it was refused by me and on the way back to you 3 days ago. But again that’s only what reputable companies do.
