It was nice and thick bundles
It was nice and thick bundles. I purchased 6 bundles bc I was scared it wouldn’t be enough hair but it was more than enough I only used 2 1/2 bundles of hair to complete my treebraids my only complaint is the straight ends on the hair I wish it was wavy throughout

Shipping
Ordered 4 days ago. No update on when my order will be shipped. I emailed them and didn’t receive a response. I will dispute this charge due to the horrible customer service. ***************UPDATE********* I did receive a response. Change my score. It’s only fair. Thank you for expediting my order!
