I have ordered this hair before and it was beautiful, my go to wig! I reused it many times and even dyed it and it still looked good but this time the closure part on the wig was dryer than the actual texture of the rest of the hair. Instead of the curl pattern it was more like a big poof of hair. Soft but the different textures through it off for me

I have gotten wigs from here and this…
I have gotten wigs from here and this is my third one and I should have to say I’m kinda disappointed because during and after I washed it, it was shedding more than the others I previously had and idk if it has some synthetic hairs but while I was flat ironing it some pieces of hair was burning on the flat iron but overall it’s a great wig and the lace is perfection literally

Good texture and aesthetic, but…
I like the texture of this hair, but it’s shedding so much, and one of the Boho pieces actually slid out of a braid. I’m hoping it’s just a faulty batch because I really like the look, but the shedding is pretty excessive and a bit stressful.

Good Quality but not true to length
The hair came very quickly and the quality is quite good. However the hair is very short and there were instance of short pieces packed in between the true length of the hair. It made the install look weird and we had to cut the hair even further for it to look wearable.

Disappointment with Deep Curl Wave Bundles
I did not like the description of the hair. It was not consistent with other Eayon hair products. The hair I received was only 18 inches curled and 20 inches straight. I did not have this issue when I ordered the crochet curly hair. The deep curl wave is disappointing. The delivery was also longer than previous orders

The wig I received is not as pictured…
The wig I received is not as pictured on the website or YouTube models. The braids have a part down the middle with the braiding downward which would limit certain styles. The website shows free parting. In the process of returning. UPDATE - Eayon Hair sent me a return label to return the Unit for a full refund. I appreciate their efforts in communicating with me to return the Unit. I have purchased an other Units from this company in the past without any problems.

The order came within 10 days and I loved the feel, the color,(1b) and the clean smell of the hair, but I had a HUGE problem with customer service, or the lack thereof and this kills my desire to ever do business with Rayon ever again.
