I really wanted to like the hair
I really wanted to like the hair, at first the hair was okay out the package and after washing so I had some hope. But it’s two weeks later and it’s so matted and tangled. I do not add any heavy product to the hair, water/leave in conditioner if anything. I tie my hair down nightly. It’s crazy because I was considering to get the double drawn hair but if the regular bulk hair is like this I doubt that would be better. Will be adding my review to my TikTok series on the style and the hair as this was my intention when purchasing.

Not worth the price
It was disappointed I purchased two but the quantity was not enough and the quality wasn’t what I expected. I didn’t like it

Weigh your bundles!
I weighed my bundles and they were nearly 20 grams less than the advertised 90g per bundle. When I reached out to Eayon Hair they first said I would get an additional bundle to make up for it. Then they sent another email and were ordering me to return it. Extremely rude staff too. I do not recommend at all

Do not order from this company
I placed an online order with a company called EayonHair on September 21, 2025, for two hair products advertised as 18 inches in length. The total amount charged was $287, paid by Visa credit card. On August 23, 2025, I received the package, but the products were not what I ordered. The hair I received was approximately 12 inches in length and of significantly lower quality than what was advertised on the website. I attempted to contact the seller multiple times via the provided email address and WhatsApp number, to receive a refund but received no response and no resolution. There are also multiple online reviews reporting similar complaints, suggesting a pattern of misrepresentation, poor product quality, and lack of customer support from this seller. I am filing this complaint to: • Request action against EayonHair for deceptive business practices • Request a full refund of $287 • Help prevent other consumers from experiencing similar issues

Waste of money
Do not order! Hair looks like shiny Barbie hair! Quality is subpar. I reached out for a refund or exchange days ago and no response! I will never order from them again!

The hair was very thin, you needed more packs.
The hair was very thin for three packs and for the amount I paid, I didn’t get a good deal. I had to still go out to buy more hair. They also left out my gift everyone raves about from my packet. Very disappointed. Maybe I should have ordered a fuller double wavy #27 instead of bulky wet and wavy. This three packs is not full and I didn’t get the look I wanted after paying so much. Not happy.

I received an email that my item has…
I received an email that my item has been delivered but haven’t received anything, so I called and informed their customer service team and they said FedEx is investigating but haven’t hear anything up to date. I purchased the hair due to up coming wedding, I have to go to the hair store to purchase a wig, am so disappointed

Scam! Not the same!
I made a purchase based solely on the promo of a content creator. I’ve tried mouse, gel, leave-in, and conditioner and yet my hair does not perform the same. Highly disappointed is an understatement:(
