I was able to communicate with a representative with questions about my order after it was placed. i received the package on time. These are ITips I ordered; the hair is very soft. After I washed and conditioned it the texture was still the same. It didn't have a bad smell at all.. It shed a little but probably because the microlink rings i already had were a bit too small for the tip ends i had to trim a few on the sides… otherwise this is very nice and soft hair.. the package came with a brush for “baby hairs” a latch hook, a rattail comb and a couple of hair clips.. oh and a bonnet.. I think it is silk or silk like material … not sure why a latchhook but i already had the tool for the ITip install.. but so far no complaints.. I received my package on March 11, 2025.
