Hello there “Anonymous.” We are sorry to hear you were dissatisfied with your experience. However, we have pulled your correspondence records with our company due to you listing the exact amount you have paid and have found that your review is inaccurate. Our records show that our company tried to contact you multiple times while you were still an active client and you did not respond. We first took your case in 08/2021 and you paid an assessment fee to our company so we could see if we could take the case. We explained to you, as documented via email correspondence, that there are no guarantees of reinstatement as everything is ultimately up to Amazon. Furthermore, our email correspondence with you shows that once we took the case you were invoiced and we began working on the case, but that you had been less than forthcoming with our company about documentation you had previously submitted to Amazon. As such, we told you that your case would likely take additional time and if it took too much more time, we would need to invoice you an additional fee. The extra time needed was because you had been less than forthcoming with our company during the assessment. Our company never invoiced you any further but did ask you if you could provide us with further documentation necessary to resolve your case. Our records show that at this point you told our company that you would see if you could acquire this documentation as of mid-October 2021. By mid-November 2021, we still had not heard back from you after many emails to you and thus closed your case. We wish you all the best while selling on Amazon and do our best to help all of our clients but can only assist those who are responsive. We hope you understand.

Thank you, Rico for sharing your experience. However, our fees - including the fact that there is an assessment fee - is communicated prior to purchase. Also, the terms and conditions of the assessment and explanation of an assessment is in the Terms and Conditions prior to payment. An assessment fee - as the name states - is to make an assessment & determine if we believe our agency can successfully take on and win your case for you. However, not all cases are feasible and it would be unethical for us to charge you an additional fee to continue working with us to fight a case we believe is not viable. We hope you understand.
