Shameless SnacksEating healthy shouldn’t mean missing out on the snacks you love. We ❤️ candy. It’s more than just satisfying your sweet-tooth... it’s a sweet, nostalgic feeling. When we set out to make gummies with less carbs, sugar, & calories than regular candy, we knew they also had to taste just as good as the original.

First when you order, you are automatically signed up for a subscription. If i like your product, I will be a return customer, you don't need to force me to buy it. The process to get this subscription cancelled was a pain. Second, they used a cut rate shipper that when provided with my correct address, made the bold decision to deliver to my street address in a completely different city than where i live and then very helpfully provide photo evidence of my package sitting on the porch of a complete stranger 40 miles from my home.

Thank you for sharing your detailed feedback. We are truly sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced with the subscription process and the delivery of your order. We understand your frustration regarding the automatic sign-up and the trouble you faced canceling it. We are also very concerned about the shipping error and the misdelivery of your package. We are actively reviewing our subscription enrollment and cancellation procedures to make them more transparent and user-friendly. Additionally, we are investigating the issues with our shipping partner to prevent such incidents from happening again. Please know our customer service director has sent you an email today 08/13/26 to provide you with a resolution!

The product is fantastic but the process to change flavors if you want to, is long and tedious and if the website worked better you wouldn’t have to talk to customer service for that.
Response from Shameless SnacksAug 11, 2026
We appreciate your feedback on the flavor change process and website functionality. We understand that it's frustrating when things aren't seamless, and we are actively working to improve these areas for a smoother experience.

Shipping is fast, and unfortunately, the gummies are delicious! I limit myself to 1/2 bag each day due to the high fiber content. 😉
