I got a box full of broken glass
I got a box full of broken glass. Shards are covering the bags. They are not safe to eat. Please either send a replacement or a refund. Thanks!

I finally got my order yesterday
I finally got my order yesterday. Of all the flavors that I ordered, the cola flavor was my least favorite. You missed the mark on the taste. I'd did not taste like cola at all. To be frank, the flavor was a bit off-putting. It was chemical and not nice. The orange bliss one was by far better and more natural.

Surprised and Delighted
Just got our sampler pack and have only tried the tropical flavors so far but WOW! You guys nailed it. They don't taste like supplements trying to be candy! They taste remarkably like candy. Looking forward to trying them all. And actually meeting my fiber goals without so many carbs...bonus!

I wish I could change my subscription…
I wish I could change my subscription online and not have to send an email to change it. Also why do they not automatically send my monthly subscription instead of me needing to send an email asking them to send it?

Delicious
Delicious. It's my go-to afternoon snack, a tasty guilt-free break. Just one warning. Don't get carried away and eat multiple packs. I tried it when they first came and curiosity was high. With all that fiber, three packs led to an uncontrollable bathroom explosion. I will never eat more than one pack a day again, guaranteed. But I will eat that one pack every afternoon.
