Received 1 bag less than I ordered…but was fixed immediately!
Updated: My order was missing 1-2 bags which I know happens but customer service fixed that right away which was I wasn’t even expecting. Good customer service really makes or breaks a business and this one gets an A+. As for the snacks themselves, are really good and the best part is they don’t give you digestion distress like other low sugar/high fiber treats can. I can also give them to my kids without the sugar crash/high or the allergy to artificial colors because there are none! I love everything about them.

While I love this product....
While I love this product and think it world great. They keep sending me bags of their snacks when I don't need any more. I already had several on hand and came home from vacation to two more shipments. They don't notify you before sending them out only after it has shipped so no way to skip or cancel reminders. I had to email after canceling my subscriptions. While I will probably buy more in the future because they do work i will not be subscribed again.

Please know that we do have a customer portal where you can self-manage a subscription. We also send a 3 day reminder before we ever reship and recharge for our subscriptions. We can confirm your subscription was cancelled on 07/26/26. We appreciate your business and hope you will consider a "one time" order with us in the future.

Keep the erythritol out!
I love these! BUT, I finally read the bag and I do not like that you've got erythritol in the ingredients. I'm sure it helps the taste, but it's associated with dementia. Please use one of the natural sweeteners such as stevia.

The Gummies don’t seem to have the…
The Gummies don’t seem to have the flavor that I was hoping for. They all taste fruity with no real distinction of the flavor that it’s supposed to be. Once I ordered the Gummies, I kept getting so much correspondence even before I received the Gummies. Buy more buy more! I bought the big box and wish I hadn’t.
