Took forever to ship and just totally missing an entire bag. For like $3/bag this is unacceptable.

They sent out a shipment after I cancelled my subscription (have a dated picture) and want me to pay the shipping costs to send it back. Ridiculous! They want me to waste my time AND money to correct their mistake.
