Changing my flavor choices
Changing my flavor choices is much simpler than it was the last time I wanted to do that! I could do it on the website~ Now if only it was possible to adjust the shipping timing on the site instead of having to go through an email contact~ The response time through email was quick and friendly, but an extra step!

Great products
Great products, fast shipping. A little pricey but overall worth it as a treat every now and then. I love the mixed variety bags. The sour mix is my favorite. I’d like to see a licorice flavor.

In the end
In the end - I received exactly what I wanted ... but the process of changing my order from shipment to shipment is not customer friendly. I am used to going to a web-site entering my customer # or identifying number and making my own changes - not having someone else do it for me. There is a new flavor that I'd like to try ... and here we go again .... I would also like to delay my shipment because I have an abundance of packages. I like them well enough, but I can't eat them fast enough before a next shipment is in the works.
