Andrii was insanely helpful. I'm new to namecheap and I didn't expect this level and degree of support. There's a lot I don't know and I got the perfect balance of explanation and links to guides and was never made to feel inferior for not knowing an answer to a stupid question (say what you want, there are such things as stupid questions). If I needed only one reason to use namecheap, it'd literally be due to support. Nothing could have made the entire conversation better. I can't find one thing I'd improve on. From ease of contact, to level of response, to being actually excited to write a review (never thought I'd say that), it straight up made the rest of my day. At 10am.
