I ordered the Titan Jupiter XL from Easy Massage Chair after confirming that the chair was designed to accommodate a tall person (6’6). From ordering, confirmation, scheduling and follow up they were top notch. I received emails informing me of the status of my order, delivery date and use and care video links. After the “white glove” installation, I received a nice thank you email. Unexpectedly, a few weeks after delivery I received an unexpected and thoughtful gift via UPS! That’s what I call customer service. BTW - I love the chair. An added benefit of my massage chair is the relaxation felt after a heated massage. I often find myself dozing off in the reclined position. Once I stand up I feel like a new man. 😁

The Easy Massage Chair company is the best. They worked with me so I could afford the chair and kept me informed on delivery AND installation and followed up to make sure I was happy. I couldn’t ask any more from a company than that!!

Truly incredible customer service, they followed through from sale to expedited delivery and were great communicators along the way. Even the delivery professionals were exceptionally nice. You can tell they don't just drop you after the sale is made - they carry the delivery through to completion with care.

If bought a robotics 7 plus chair from them. I did some research first and narrowed choices down to a few chairs. EMC carried them all so I talked to them and they helped me decide on the chair I got. Good knowledge, timely feedback and free shipping and set up.

It is not every day that one buys a roughly $9000 chair sight unseen from a company that one has never dealt with. Needless to say we were very happy to have EasyMassageChair deliver and install according to the agreed upon terms on the second floor of our house. One piece of advice. Don’t do this by yourself. The chair really does weigh as much as they say. We purchased a Luraco i7 chair and couldn’t be more happy. Wow, is that chair nice and quiet. The 9 standard programs are nice to have if one has no specific health issues. The ability to include and exclude massages for the individual body parts at the strength one prefers is priceless. Just love the kneading between my shoulder blades. Stay away from my neck so I turned that piece off just for me. The only place where I would give 4 out of 5 stars for the chair is the software. The SW works and that is about it. We would not have made a different choice because of it but it sure could do with an update. All in all a great buying experience and an absolutely great chair.
