Thank you for your review. We are all Mac people here - and our main videos are hosted on Vimeo. While we can empathize with you having issues - it might be a localized issue. Specifically because it worked on Firefox.

Jocelyn, Have you attempted to call our office? Email is great - and we respond to every one that we receive. But in the absence of a response - and since you indicate it's been over a month - calling would go a long way to determine if we actually respond. Without your last name - it's difficult to know which Jocelyn you are. We've found one that completed the course on 11/2/2018. We recommend that you contact us - by phone - at your earliest convenience.

Our course is approximately 50% video. The time to read the material is based on word-count. We base that time on a sixth grade reading level. We're not sure what "chunking" means?
