The video's kept stopping and the volume didn't work on the last two video's.

This is normally a localized issue with the end-user. Essentially, if your video didn't load completely there may have been a connectivity issue on your end. Our videos are all tested for consistency - if the volume isn't working it'd be an issue on your end.

Lots of reading material. It took me longer than normal to read so much information and then remember all of the material. Chunking is better.

Our course is approximately 50% video. The time to read the material is based on word-count. We base that time on a sixth grade reading level. We're not sure what "chunking" means?

Teaching was boring. Some of the teachings should be animated, and the videos are really old it hurt the eye to look at them. All in all there was too much reading and it was really boring and stressful to go through all teaching. Please change the format of your certificate it looks like a print out.

Unfortunately, we must use state approved videos for our curriculum - many of which are not recent but do cover the necessary material. Granted - defensive driving may not be the most interesting of subjects - we're not sure how it was stressful since the course is completely self-paced and you may retake the quizzes as necessary to pass. As far as the format of the certificate is concerned. You'll need to voice those concerns to the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR). The TDLR dictates the certificate design requirements - we had a much prettier one before they standardized everything.

Great info. Lots of reading, if you look at the questions from the test, then go back to find the answers you will be giving different questions, not the same.

Agreed - you won't be asked identical questions if you don't get 70% correct on your short quiz. That's a state requirement.
