Helpful & Compassionate
Every person I spoke with during my experience was incredibly helpful and patient! The first person who worked with me was especially sympathetic and compassionate about the situation I found myself in, and I appreciated someone listening while I shared my plight. EasyCare helped greatly with a difficult, lengthy, out-of-state car repair.

when you have a wreck the isn't your…
when you have a wreck the isn't your fault the last thing you want is to wait for responses. They never responded I had to call multiple times in order to track how much they would pay. The customer service was very short with no answer. Even when the insurance paid on the vehicle easy care mad me wait for a validated check to hit my bank even when I had a receipt from the insurance company. we had a limited time on our car rental and with me pushing the issue it was finally paid so we could get on with our life. This process with you was incredibly difficult to get processed in a timely manner.
