SCAM SCAM SCAM! Don’t waste your money on their crap warranty and if you buy a care that comes with it, just act like it isn’t there. I just got denied a drive train warranty claim because I change my oil at the correct mileage- NOT months (sorry horrid company that I don’t drive my car every single day of the week) $5,000 repair on something that should be a recall on a 4 year old car under 70k miles? Nah it will be traded in 🫡 thanks for nothing worthless ah company.

I would give 0 stars if possible
I would give 0 stars if possible. This is the worst company I've ever worked with, dropped the ball with communication, no compensation for the awful service and delay where I was without my car for over 30 days. Had to call every time to advance the process with broken promises. Escalated supervisor was not helpful and did not have any empathy or represent the core values of their company. Had to make additional purchases because I was without a car and out of town. No compensation for additional incurred costs. I will continue to post negative reviews on any outlet and ensure no one I am in contact with will work with this company. My supervisor at Ford also added this was the worst warranty experience that he has ever experienced. This company does not put the customer first to assist them. They due the bar minimum and do not treat people as humans and put their selves in their shoes. I am out of pocket over $5000 on this issue and no assistance from this company.

Had multiple problems and they barely covered one!
Honestly I had three things wrong with my Jeep and easycare only covered one, it was my struts but they wouldn't cover my service shifter warning or my check engine light (was a fuel injector), just seems weird to me the two I think more important fixes they wouldn't cover and the of course still important but not as bad they did cover. Honestly I wouldn't recommend easycare to anybody, if you have had good experiences with them I am so happy for you and I do hope that continues but for me it's been pretty much garbage and I would never buy it then again or like I said recommend them to anybody.

DO NOT get gap with this company. They will not cover you!
DO NOT get gap with this company. My car was totaled and they came up with this crazy calculation on why they will not pay a few thousand dollars owed. The insurance company covered 90% of the balance owed and Easy Care would not cover what they were supposed to. The calculation was based off the insurance companies value of the car which was actually a lot higher then expected. Easy Care found 3 cars that were completely overvalued by 5-7K and used those numbers to decline the GAP saying that the insurance company should have paid a higher value then what the car was worth. Just a huge rippoff. Now I need to pay the balance out of pocket I should be refunded the GAP payments I made.

Conpany will not pay your covered claims
Customer service reps lack knowledge, escalators are rude and nasty, they will not connect you with a manager, will fight tooth and nail to drag your claim out til your plan is over and deny you. This company has no compassion for the thousands you pay them. Do not use this company. They have changed names 3 times and keep doing so because of so many lawsuits from ducking claims

Worst warranty company you can get…
Worst warranty company you can get coverage from. They slow play your repair so you are out of a car for weeks on end. Then they use some aspect of your contract to deny coverage. You pay almost 4k and told they are a good company but in reality they just delay and deny. Find a different company.

Save your money
Save your money!!!
Every time we have tried to use the warranty it’s been denied. Read the fine print and it covers very little. We paid almost 4k for the top of the line contract and have found it to be completely useless and everything denied.
Will find out about canceling and getting reimbursed for balance.

No So Easycare
I am extremely disappointed with my experience with EasyCare Warranty Services.
When I purchased a used vehicle that was approximately one year old with only 10,000 miles, I was told the EasyCare extended warranty was transferable to me as the new owner. Shortly after the purchase, I contacted EasyCare and was told I needed to work through the dealership where the warranty was originally purchased.
I contacted the dealership several times, speaking with management, finance, and customer service. Unfortunately, no one could explain the transfer process. After getting nowhere, I assumed the warranty remained in effect and decided I would address the transfer if I ever needed to use it.
On June 25, 2026, I contacted EasyCare again and spoke with Margaret. She informed me that transferring the warranty is actually a simple process requiring only a signed form from the original owner. However, she then advised me that I was outside the 30-day transfer window and therefore ineligible.
My frustration is that neither EasyCare nor the dealership provided this information when I initially tried to transfer the warranty. Had I been properly informed, the transfer could have been completed within days of purchase.
I asked several times to speak with a supervisor or manager and was denied each time. I also requested a retroactive cancellation and refund since no claims had ever been filed, but that request was denied as well.
I made multiple good-faith attempts to transfer this warranty and was never given the information needed to do so. The lack of flexibility, accountability, and customer service has been extremely disappointing. I would encourage anyone considering an EasyCare warranty to obtain all transfer requirements in writing and not rely on verbal guidance from either the dealership or EasyCare representatives.
