AMAZING! Within just SIX minutes of emailing about a mistake I made during my order, Olivia with Customer Service read my email, heard and appreciated my concerns, and resolved my problem. And then, she took the time to write a personal email back to me updating me on the resolution to make sure I knew I was taken care of. Absolutely, the BEST and most impressive customer service I've ever received!!! Now, in addition to telling people where I got my cute Amour sweater - and pretty new yellow sweater - I’ll also be telling people about how Easy Clothes truly values and take cares of their customers. That means everything! Thank you Olivia and Easy-Clothes!

Customer care is at the heart of what we do, and knowing that you felt heard, appreciated, and taken care of means the world to us. ✨ And of course, we LOVE that you’re sharing the love—not just for your new wardrobe additions—but also for your experience with us. 💛 Thank you for being such a wonderful part of the Easy Clothes family! Have a beautiful day, and we can’t wait to serve you again! xx 💕

The belt and sweater I ordered were both as pictured but both had an awful chemical smell to them. The sweater still smells even after multiple washes. The quality is iffy for the price point as well. I will get good wear out of both pieces but neither will last several seasons.

Bonjour Tori ❤️ Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We’re glad to hear the belt and sweater matched the pictures, but we’re truly sorry about the chemical smell and that the quality didn’t meet your expectations. That’s certainly not the standard we strive for. Your feedback is invaluable, and we’ll be looking into this issue to ensure better quality moving forward. If there’s anything we can do to help or if you’d like to discuss this further, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our customer service team [email protected] or via our live chat which will respond within minutes —they’re always here to assist! 😊 Have a beautiful day from the entire Easy Clothes family xx

I highly recommend Easy-Clothes.us. You can find some really good pieces that are one of a kind for an affordable price. Some pieces like the Gaston cardigan or the Solan Jeans I ordered more than once! Their customer service is really helpful and reliable. Really recommend them.
