Not only are the quality and styles of clothing awesome, but the customer support team is INCREDIBLE! Whoever is in charge of this department deserves a raise because this is literally the first time in my life that I've had immediate responses back (literally within seconds) to my inquiry of a post office/shipping issue AND they were pleasant, polite, and personable throughout the entire process (it took weeks to find out what happened to my package due to a major eff up by the USPS!). Not ONCE was I ever addressed with an attitude or an immediate "no" to my inquiry. Instead, I was provided with sincere consideration and solutions to try and help me find out where my package was and/or they would allow me to cancel, if needed, for a full refund. Ashley and Jordan are seriously top-notch employees and just great humans in general and I hope they are appreciated by Easy Clothes as much as their customers appreciate them!
