UPDATE: I did eventually get my order but they took over two weeks to ship and never responded to my messages. My package arrived almost a month after ordering. I’ve been buying from here for the last ten years and I’ve always had a good experience until now. I placed an order on August 20 and it hasn’t shipped. I then canceled the order and no response. I messaged them on their site and's no response, same when I messaged on instagram. Basically I’m out over $100 and they are not doing anything about my order. Seems like it’s become fraudulent.
