I've been banking with EB for over 10 years now. The last year has been an absolute nightmare, causing me to open up a bank account with another banking institute. During the pandemic my account accrued over $3,000 fees. While many people were losing their jobs, homes, and livelihood, EB was robbing me blind with fees. Most recently they had large fraudulent activity across their institution. My account being one that suffered from this. I had to close my accounts and open up new ones. Ever since, it has been a complete downhill battle.
