The company was just fantastic. My shipment was for some reason still at the post office after 3 days tracking showed it was delivered. However the company send the same shipment twice by a mistake. For my inconvenience they didn't charge me the for the wrong shipment. Congratulations ! Very smart policies

Excellent fast service
Robert W - ORDER 7.
Ordered 2 bottles of Bac Water, our normal supplier for our kennel was out of stock, and we had a pressing need. 1 bottle received fine. 1 bottle received missing the plastic flip top, rendering the rubber stopper open. This is unacceptable. I discarded this bottle. Lesson learned: great Google ratings don't mean anything. At this time, I would never consider doing business with East Coast Medical again.

Hi Robert, I'm very sorry to hear about your experience. Sometimes the caps fall off in the mail while the package is in transit. We will be reaching out to you personally to help get you a replacement.
