I have been using East Coast Medical Supply for a number of years now. All my orders have been filled and sent in a very timely fashion. I would recommend to anyone to use East Coast Medical.

After I wrote that the USPS had "lost" my order East Coast immediately contacted me and said they'd resend the order, and add another item to it to make it right. Of course after they sent out the new order, I finally received the lost order so I told them I'd send it back to them, but they said "no, you keep it, this one's on us". Now that's what I call great customer service. They now have one loyal customer! Jack Santry

Simple to order; reasonable prices; and fast delivery. All online buying should be this easy!

According to your records my order was delivered on Aug 8, I was forwarded the USPS tracking number and when I tracked it the status was "Out", that's all it said, when I responded to your office that I still had not received the order I was told to go to my post office to inquire to the status. I received no notice from the USPS that they are holding an order for me. I should not be the one responsible to track down what happened to my order, you should be!

ECMS was recommended to me by a previous customer. I received my shipment quickly and without incident. No complaints!

Customer service is clearly number one with this company and I will most definitely continue to use them. In a world where there are a plethora of choices, it's nice when you find the ones that truly comprehend that and go above and beyond.
