Fantastic experience start to finish!! I ordered a special curtain rod that had to be customized - I was meaningfully walked through the options which helped me in choosing just the right product for me. We received the rod in a timely manner and were blown away by the quality. It is absolutely beautiful. They offer installation tutorials on YouTube (we had to improvise a little since our rod is curved which allows the drape to move unhindered through the corner. The rod is very unique, special and priced very well! I can’t express how grateful we are for the service and our beautiful rod!!! We will be a customer for life!!

The custom sized blinds are just as beautiful as shown online. The color, texture and light filtering design is exactly what I was looking for at a reasonable price without going through a custom fabricator.

I did extensive research before making this purchase because, at least for me, this is a significant amount of money to spend on curtains. This was also going to become a large architectural feature in our living space, so I wanted to get the appearance, materials, measurements, and automation right. Since this is something we expect to keep for many years, I did not want to make a rushed decision. My search actually started at The Shade Store, where I was able to see some very nice window treatments in person. I liked the look and quality, but unfortunately the price for the large double-layer treatment I wanted was beyond my budget. From there, I spent considerable time researching online alternatives, including TWOPAGES, Curtarra, EaseEase, and others. I eventually decided on EaseEase because they seemed to offer the combination I wanted: a high-end look, custom sizing, ripple fold, motorization, and a price that was within my budget. Ordering such a large custom setup online still made me nervous. I probably had close to 10 conversations with the EaseEase team before ordering. I asked questions about measurements, track length, stacking space, ripple folds, fabrics, motors, installation, and compatibility. They responded quickly and patiently to all my questions. I also ordered fabric samples first, which was extremely helpful before committing to such a large purchase. For anyone considering a similar project, my final setup is approximately 25 feet wide (290 inches) and about 105 inches high. I chose the Heavyweight Linen Blend in Beige White for the main curtains and Premium Sheer Linen for the sheer layer behind them. Both layers are center-opening ripple fold. For each layer, I ordered two 145-inch finished-width panels, giving me approximately 290 inches of finished curtain width per layer. I made the sheer approximately 0.5 inch shorter than the main curtain. One particular decision I made was to order two separate single motorized tracks rather than one fixed double track. One single track carries the main curtains and the second carries the sheers. Both are ceiling mounted. I specifically preferred this arrangement because both layers are ripple fold, and having two independent tracks allowed me to determine and adjust the distance between the tracks during installation instead of being locked into the spacing of a fixed double-track system. This worked very well for my installation. Now that everything is installed, I am extremely pleased with my decision. The ripple folds look beautiful and give the room the large architectural effect I originally wanted. The heavyweight linen-look main curtains and the sheer layer complement each other very nicely. The motorization has also added a lot of convenience. The curtains are powered directly from the outlet, and I have them scheduled to open and close automatically. With curtains this large and heavy, I am very glad I chose the automated setup rather than opening and closing them manually every day. The only difficulty I encountered was initially pairing the motors with the Connector app. The instructions were somewhat confusing because I needed to select a different option in the app than I initially expected. I contacted the Connector app team, figured out the correct selection, and after that the setup was straightforward. After all the research and uncertainty before ordering, seeing the completed installation was very satisfying. Within the budget I had, I feel I was able to achieve the appearance and functionality I originally wanted when I started looking at considerably more expensive local options. For a purchase this large, customer support was especially important to me, and the EaseEase team did a very good job answering my many questions throughout the process. More importantly, the finished product met my expectations. For anyone considering a large custom motorized ripple-fold installation but feeling nervous about ordering something of this size online, my experience with EaseEase has been very positive. I am very pleased with both the product and the support I received.

I learned about EaseEase on social media (RED) so I ordered swatches then ordered 3 roller curtains as a trial. The shipping was fast even though it was shipped from China. The packaging is top-notch. Very sturdy. The curtains are beautiful and easy to install. There was one small defect on one of them, so I reached out to customer service. Once they confirmed it was a material defect, they remade it and shipped a brand new one to me. I received the new one in 10 days and it was perfect. I have ordered some roller shades from Costco (Graber) before. Compared with Graber, EaseEase doesn't have that many selections, but the quality is on par but the cost is just a fraction. Highly highly recommend.

Bought Herringbone Blackout Curtains and Galaxy Sheer Curtains for 4 windows and also Shangri-La Sheer Shades for another, love them all! Would definitely recommend buying here.

Highly recommend this white sheer curtain. It has a semi-shading effect allowing you to see the distant scenery while filtering ultraviolet rays from entering the room.
