I purchased curtains described as “Muted Sage” (A5018-87), but they appeared silver-gray in my home, with virtually no green at all. After I asked EASEEASE to return these for a refund as i could not use them as i needed sage (and provided pictures). After extensive email exchanges, they still declined. Here is the real twist: They renamed the same fabric “Silver Gray” and actually confirmed to me in writing that the change reflected my feedback. I asked again to return them based on this, they maintain that the fabric itself hasn’t changed, and refused my request.. AND… they even offered to change the name back. I found the color description misleading and the handling of my complaint extremely disappointing. I would never ever order from EASEEASE again.

Purchased the sheer ruffle curtains in color 'Beige", received the curtains and they are yellow, very yellow there is no beige tones what so ever. I reached out to customer service and they would not return them, told me to move them around my room to see how the light effects the color. The curtains are yellow NOT Beige like how they are listed. Poor Customer service and Business practices!

Ordered a cellular no drill shade from the website. Product that showed up was the wrong color. The hole for adjustment looked like a teenager did it. No plastic piece to cover the adjustment mechanism. They refused to reimburse me for the shade . The website pictures do not let you expand so you can get an honest examination of the shade. I understand it is a custom shade but it would be better for their business to make it right for the customer.

The curtains are high quality but the hardware is poorly designed and they do not provide installation instructions. The videos they share do not match the hardware you receive. When you reach out to service they make it sound as if it is your fault and charge you more for additional hardware. Our curtains also catch at the connection points and all they say is we aren't installing it correctly and not using it properly. I would steer clear and use another reputable company. Follow Up to their response: 1) they did not send replacement hardware. We ordered a double track and they did not send all of the hardware shown in the video so we asked for it. What they sent was not compatible and they said "it is ok you don't need it." 2) They provide anchors for the clips and during consultation did not say they need to be in studs. We upgraded the cheap plastic anchors. 3) When we ask why the track does not operate smoothly, they keep asking for pictures but do not provide a solution. It snags at the connector joints but they do not know how to fix this. 4) They charged us for replacement hardware, did not provide for free.

I just bought a curtain&pod in easease. The quality is good. But it's too heavy (more than 10kg) to install in my bedroom. The screws basically can't hold the weight in my case as the wall in my bedroom is too thin for it. I contact them trying to figure out if it's returnable or I can switch to a lighter version, and here is their reply. "Sorry, but this is not due to any issue on our end. We do not support returns or exchanges without a valid reason, as clearly stated in our Refund/Return policy.", "as we discussed earlier, the issue is due to your installation method. You need to use a curtain rod that supports over 10kg and mount it onto the stud.Or, if needed, you can also consider our curtain rod." Basically they can't offer any help in my case and only try to sell more. Please be cautious of buying any of their products.

Buyer beware— they are scams.
