No instructions...?
Once I was able to get them installed, they are pretty transparent and comfortable. These were a good price for molded ear plugs but I would have liked ANY documentation or instructions on which side was which, and how they should be inserted and how to use the included ear lube. It took one month to receive them after the molds were taken. It took me several minutes to figure out which way they were supposed to be oriented to fit in my ear. Also, the carrying case is really bulky, and huge compared to the size of the hearing protectors, I would appreciate a keychain type case to make sure that it goes with me easily. I'm not sure if the included ear lube needs to be used every time, if so, a container that closes instead of a ketchup pouch that leaks inside the case would be a big improvement.

Right side custom-tip is indicated with red "ADV." logo. 2. Apply a small amount of friction-removing water-gel around the outer perimeter of the custom plugs to ease insertion. This step is optional. With multiple uses, the natural oil of the ears will act as a natural lubricant and you will notice less friction over time.
