Our custom-fit tips are designed to sit as low-profile as possible, but there are natural physical limitations depending on each individual’s ear shape and how it interacts with the size and design of the AirPods Pro 3 themselves. Because every ear is unique, certain sensor-based features — including heart-rate monitoring — may not function properly when using custom tips, as the sensors require direct skin contact. We also want to sincerely apologize for the lack of response to your email. Hello Carey, Sorry to hear about your experience! We see that you ordered size Large. If you haven't tried already, please squeeze the memory foam tips first before inserting them into your ears and allow them to fully expand to the shape of your ears. If you are still experiencing seal issue, it maybe possible that you need a bigger size (XL) for better retention. Please look out for an email from our team for further assistance.

If you haven't tried already, please squeeze the memory foam tips first before inserting them into your ears and allow them to fully expand to the shape of your ears. If you are still experiencing easy fall-out, it maybe possible that you need even bigger size for better retention. We do have UF-A Giant tips as our largest size foam tips. Please look out for an email from our team!
