They're good for the fit. You cannot return them if you don't want them anymore. You don't know what to expect when you buy them either.

I appreciate the design and concept of the universal ear plugs however they do not work for me. They caused a lot of pain and were very uncomfortable to wear while sleeping

Fit is perfect. I just wish I could hear better in the aqua earplugs. The description says “blocks water, Let’s sound in”, but it should read “blocks water, blocks sound TOO”.

Great concept! Everything as far as service and fit of product is great. Im retired product designer, and since you asked… I think you’re very close to taking over the IEM market with a disruptive product. What needs to be addressed: I’m not digging the stickiness of the silicone. They’re hard to fit and the lube thing isn’t gonna fly. My Westones were hard smooth plastic and much easier to fit. Realize they have to engage 3rd party drivers, maybe different type of plastic material. I play bass, the precision fit /seal seems to over embellish bass frequencies… normally people like this effect, but in performance it blurs the response and makes tone feel muffled. My suspicion is that it may have something to do with the length and softness of the earpiece canal. Best wishes, great concept! Good luck.

This is a great alternative fix for the AirPods slip issue. However, the application process was a bit challenging because the adhesive doesn’t have a tab to pull from. It took me three tries to get it right, but thankfully, they provide extra adhesive. If it had come with tabs for easy application, I would have given it five stars.

Great earplugs & quick shipping, but I was looking for earplugs for side sleeper and these hurt just as bad as all the rest. I’d say these are not good for side sleepers!

I haven’t used the new tips very much but the noise cancelling feature on my Sony WF-1000Xm4 earbuds does not work on with the new tips. From my research it appears the new tips are covering the IR sensor on the earbuds. This is something your design should have accommodated for and not just that the tips fit. I would not have spent this much on custom fit if I knew this would eliminate features of my earbuds.

I can confirm they work, but do take a few tries to figure out how they fit in your ear. The reason for 3 stars vs more was my overall experience. Before purchasing, I reached out to Eartune asking for the time I can expect the product to ship and was quoted 3-4 weeks. With this in mind I waited until 4 weeks to check in as I had not received any updates. At this time, they responded letting me know my ear molds were smaller than normal and asked if I still wanted to proceed and I let them know yes. I also shared I would be traveling in 2 weeks and was hoping to have them by the date I would be leaving. After a week I still had no updates on shipping and reached out again. They got back to me 2 days later which was the Friday before my trip (leaving Monday) saying they had shipped that day. As expected this was not ready by Monday and I didn’t receive it until Thursday. I had to have someone pick it up for me as I was out of town and overall just frustrated with the lack of communication. If you are interested in purchasing the product, it does work but expect delays in shipping.
