On 17th August I purchased a packet of Hydrogen tablets via my bank account from Earthlines, didn't think anything of it. On checking my bank account the following day, I noticed that they had debited my account 4 times, 1 order was my purchase and the other 3 orders were random amounts. So having contacted them about the issue, they apologised and agreed to a refund. It was days later when I checked my account and noticed they had only paid 2 of the 3 bogus orders, so I had to contact them once again and they finally paid the last refund. I found this whole issue to be totally dishonest, and this issue should be addressed for the sake of other customers, it's bordering on fraud!! One consolation though,there customer service (Issa) was 100% professional . Charles Bartolo.

I ordered one time and did not subscribe. I received a second shipment and reached out to them immediately explaining I did not have a subscription and would like my money back. After 5 emails back and forth someone finally acknowledged there was no subscription. Since then I have received 5 more charges on my card. I even had my card changed and they someone managed to charge that one. They don't listen to what I'm saying in my email. As for their product, it does nothing and something needs to be done to make them stop. I have trouble getting them to respond to an email. They don't refund my money and I've had to dispute every transaction.

I needed to cancel my subscription because of new meds from my doctor. I sent messages to Earthline and it was all handled promptly and efficiently. I am very pleased with their professionalism.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I tried a one-time order of a 30-day supply that somehow turned into a recurring monthly subscription. I have tried multiple times to cancel, and a customer service agent even asked me for feedback before canceling on my behalf. I provided the feedback and am still getting the shipments. My last 3 emails have gone without a response. Absolutely awful product and worse customer service.

I ordered this product and before I knew it a month had passed and I received another which I did not remember ordering. I had email correspondence with Carla and we worked out a partial refund. Great customer service. Joe Patella

They scammed me by charging my bank account and sending a package that I did not order. When I told them I was returning the order they would not give me a refund. They do not stand behind their products and push products that are nothing more than cut up Alka-Seltzer tablets! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY - VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

The one thing you can’t do is send your customers more product than they need. If they buy 3 month supply reach out in 2 months to see if they want more forcing a subscription on them will surely get a bad response. Most peeps don’t walk away from products they like.

I sent a message saying I had not signed up for a subscription and did not know why I received notice that I was receiving a second shipment. Isa replied and said that this one was on the way, but she would see that I knew before the next one was shipped and I could delay the shipment. We corresponded back and forth several times. I felt good about the correspondence and I am hoping for a better relationship.
