Oh my goodness, this company is a fraud. They say their product is made in the USA but it ships from outside the USA. With every effort I made to AVOID subscription, they still got me. They offer a 60 day refund, another lie. They play email touch and go until 60 days are up and then offer you a 30% while telling you they have cancelled your subscription (the subscription, they imposed) & proceed to mail and charge you for another order. Lies, is their product poison? I threw mine out. Called it a loss. $120.00 no refund $0.00 refund. Save your money don't but this product.

I tried the prime cell & was not happy at all. I got Earthline Naturals and wow, the tablets dissolved quickly and I could drink sooner, not like those others that took so long & the bubbles got to the top and escaped. Very happy with Earthline,

I ordered the Molecular Hydrogen Tablets from Earthline Naturals (3 Pack) and they put me on a Monthly Subscription without my permission. I contacted them on numerous times by email to cancel the subscription and cancel any further subscriptions. Never had even one reply. This Company is Fraudulent and untrustworthy. Do not deal with them.

I ordered a 3-month supply and did not realize I was a subscribing to a monthly refill. But they took care of the issue, so I am satisfied. I do wish that the subscription offer would include an option of one, three, or six months to fit the need of the individual.

It's obvious that a product meets the buyer's expectations. What determines (IMHO) excellence is what happens after the product is delivered should there be a question or problem. Earthline excels in service...prompt response with a commitment to creating customer satisfaction. Makes them trustworthy

This company set up an auto payment without my consent....i declined any auto payment when i ordered ..yet they sey it up anyways...i am glad that i went through a third party to order ( Paypal) so they do not have my credit card info...i caught this in time and it was easy to get Paypal to cancel any auto pay...the product did arrive and i am yet to feel any results from it

Good morning - after ordering Molecular Water tabs from Earthline to try for the first time, without knowing I had automatically signed up for a subscription. I began reading some customer concerns about the same issue. I reached out immediately via email as well as going onto the site and removing my payment method that was kept in an account that began on my initial order, unbeknownst to me. Earthline got back to me in a day and ensured me that the subscription was canceled, so not the same experience others had reported, I'm happy to say. I am reaching out to them today to address the 'Made in America' advertising as my package shipped from China - so not sure about their advertising practices but they did address the account/subscription issue right away. I'll follow up if something changes.

You will be duped into monthly orders without any clear indication this will occur. Avoid like the plague.
