hI, i HAVE NOW PLACED MY 3RD ORDER WITH THIS COMPANY. I HAVE TRIED 4 OTHER TYPES OF EAR PLUGS AND IT WAS A WASTE OF MONEY. THESE ARE THE BEST. I RECKON I CHANGE MINE EVERY 2 MONTHS. I USE IT EVERY NIGHT TO HELP BLOCK MY HUSBANDS SNORING. BUT IF YOUR HUSBAND IS A LOUD SNORER THEN YOU NEED TO GO TO A SLEEP CLINIC AND BUY ONE OF THEIR MACHINES. COST IS $2,400.00 BUT WORTH THE INVESTMENT. IT'S NOT NOISEY AND TRULY WORKS FOR SNORERS.

I've only gotten to test my new earplugs out once, but I can honestly say that I slept better than I normally do in my noisy home environment. Somehow I missed that they were going to be more of a putty than a solid ear plug, but that doesn't bother me- it's neat. One earplug for me is still plenty if I split it in half and use it half in each ear. It's pretty comfortable and blocks out almost all sound. It allows just enough in so that I can still hear my phone ringing.

Useless product for me. I did not like these earplugs at all. They did nothing for me. I could still hear the tv, etc... I did not like how the blue ear plugs left the putty-like residue in my ears. It was like putting play dough in my ears. There was no rude conduct from the company. They did arrive promptly but I was very, very disappointed in the product.

Dear Sheila: If this ultra-high blocking soft and moldable ear plug is not (prepared correctly) and (inserted correctly), then you will not get the results that this magnificent ear plug can provide. Please follow the steps below exactly and you will experience the HIGHEST BLOCKING EAR PLUG in existence: 1. Just as you are about to insert, take ONE ear plug and {work it or knead it}thoroughly between your fingers or hands for at least 30 seconds to make it soft, moldable and to disburse the Pure Lanolin throughout the ear plug. Pure Lanolin makes the ear plug slightly tacky so that it stays securely in the ear canal and seals it. When the ear plug is soft and moldable and ready to insert, it doesn't matter what shape it is; round, flat, long or narrow; just follow step 2. If you are going to pinch off to make a smaller ear plug, then now is the time. 2. Using the tip of your index finger, push FIRMLY & FLATTEN the ear plug IN and AGAINST your ear canal until you feel a GOOD SEAL! If it doesn't seal immediately, then hold your finger pressed against the ear plug (with slight pressure) for a few more seconds and it will warm and seal well. 3. Now take the other ear plug, prepare it the same way & insert it into the other ear. With both ear plugs inserted correctly & sealing the ear canals, you should notice a big improvement. 4. To Remove: Simply pinch the ear plug with your thumb & index finger and gently pull downward and out. You have the BEST EAR PLUG MADE TODAY and all the testimonials are 100% true and accurate. I'm a very, very light sleeper :( Anything can wake me up in the night. The best thing I've done for my sleep, is purchase these ear plugs. I wish I knew about them earlier, as I would have gotten a lot more sleep in the past. I just googled on the web and found them! They are comfortable and never fall out of my ears like the foam ones. I always have a second pair in stock just in case I lose one but never have yet. I have already raved about them to anyone I hear who has trouble sleeping...at first they are skeptical but then after a few nights, they feel the same way about them as I do!

The earplugs seem to work the best when I press each ear plug with my fingers. When I let go, can hear the sounds around me - tested with radio on and could not hear it when I pressed into my ears. Do you have anything that could the plugs from opening up?

Dear Linda: We put Lanolin into the ear plug to make it slightly "tacky" so that it will stay securely in the ear canal and SEAL IT. After first kneading ONE ear plug between your fingers for 30 seconds to make it soft, moldable and to disburse the pure lanolin throughout the ear plug, then with the tip of your index finger, push the ear plug a bit firmly IN and AGAINST your ear canal opening (until you feel it seal). If it doesn't seal immediately, just keep your finger pressed against it with slight pressure for a few more seconds and it will seal perfectly and BLOCK OUT wonderfully. Now prepare the other ear plug and insert the same way. You'll get it, and when you do, you'll have the HIGHEST BLOCKING EAR PLUG MADE working for you. Sincerely Mary-BPI customer service
