I am a pretty light sleeper, always in search of the best performing ear plugs around. I searched everywhere, including pestering my bother-in-law who is a safety engineer,for the latest and greatest in ear plugs. I think these ear plugs certainly occlude the major noises no doubt (e.g. my daughter's sleep over party), as long as they are pushed in the ear so as to make an occlusive tight fit into the outer ear canal. The reasons why I did not give them a five star rating are that the puddy-like substance is malleable to heat and friction, so as you use them at night they become a little hardened so as not to comform to the ear as well; thus they sometimes fall out or "pull out" of their occlusive fit. I have to push them back into my ears when I am awaken by my loud snoring husband. Additoinally, I sort of wish they made them in clear or white color, not in blue, because as I sleep with them, their discolor my white pillowcover and bedsheets, even though it comes out in the wash. Overall, I am very pleased with their performance and use them as the primary solution to a good night's sleep and great vacation experience, not to mention my on-going 22 years of marriage! BTW, I bought the six pack and gave a pair each to my four daughters and sister!

These earplugs really work to keep out noise. They are also very easy to fit into the ear, no matter the size. I am very happy with my purchase.

Molded to my ear as instructions stated. Inserted and immediately started having a lot of painful pressure in my ear. I left them in and went to sleep. They both fell out during the night.

I received the ear plugs in the hope that they would stop me hearing the snoring or in fact reduce the noise, but sad to say they did nothing to lower the noise coming my way, so I will continue to seek out a solution to the snoring problem.

It is nice to know someone cared enough to invent these ear plugs.

I use the swimmers style... I have used The Worlds Finest Ear Plug for years. As I am a side sleeper, the swimmers plug is the softest you could ever find, reusable and the best I have found anywhere... I do use for swimming also, this has been a blessing for me to curb not only water in my ear canal, but to be able to close out the ambient noise, and snoring so I can sleep. I have been a loyal customer and will continue to do so and tell everyone that needs an ear plug to use this one.
