I have finally found ear plugs that block out the noise completely. I have been getting up each night to go to a quieter place due to my husbands "allergies" and mild snoring. I don't hear him anymore. I don't hear the alarm clock either! These plugs conform to your ear and do not cause ear soreness. They do not fall out either. I used them on vacation at a noisy hotel and got great sleep. They do seem a little big but like I said you can form them to flatten against your ear once they are fitted inside the ear. Sleeping on your side doesn't hurt your ear. My first pair have lasted a month and will last even longer. Great product!

Finally a quiets night sleep. I live along a busy street and the early AM traffic starts around 4:30 am. I'm am now able to sleep with the windows open until the wife rolls over and nudges me that it time to get to work. Best investment I've made In a long time.

ALLOWING 3 DAYS TO FLY OVER TO THE US AND BACK I COULD HAVE MADE 7 TRIPS IN THE TIME IT TOOK TO RECEIVE THEM (21 DAYS) AND PICKED THEM UP PERSONALLY. WITH NO TRACKING CODE THAT MADE IT A BIT FRUSTRATING NOT KNOWING WHETHER TO PUT IN A MISSING EARPLUGS REPORT OR NOT....... AS TO THEIR EFFECTIVENESS I CAN'T SAY AS I HAVEN'T HAD TO USE THEM JUST YET. I WILL TRY THEM OUT IN ABOUT TWO WEEKS WHEN I HAVE TO SHARE A ROOM WITH A HEAVY SNORER WHILE ON A WEEKEND SPORTING TRIP...... :-)

They block the most sound. They are not noticeable when sleeping. My ears never ache.

I deal with a lot of traffic noise out by bedroom window, first plugs that really blocks out most of the noise. I would recommend.
