Second order for these earplugs. The first set took a trip through the wash. The only complaint I have about these earplugs is that they do not wash well; but since earplugs should not go through the wash, this is not really a complaint. They are comfortable to wear, they block the sound well, and they are durable even though not washable. I highly recommend this product to anyone interested in earplugs. They are well worth the price.

These are incredible - I cannot believe how well they block noise. I wear them at night and the sound elimination from the road is impressive. Sometimes I think my hearing is too good so these little guys are a real bonus to my day.

Dear Bonnie: The beating of your heart is a good thing. It means that you are ALIVE, but the ear plugs are not responsible for your feeling your heart beat or pulse beat. Put a thicker pillow under your head and raise it a bit. You may notice that you don't hear or feel the beating so much. Dear Nancy: This all natural, soft and moldable Beeswax earplug WILL NOT BLOCK OUT (until you prepare and insert it CORRECTLY)! I too, wear this exact ear plug every night & it is without a doubt, the HIGHEST BLOCKING-(most sound suppressing) EAR PLUG IN EXISTENCE, but to experience the superior performance, you must follow these preparation and insertion directions below,(exactly; and you will see why all the testimonials on our website page are true and accurate. Note! Many women with smaller ear canals do not insert the whole ear plug; for just after they have kneaded the ear plug to make it soft and moldable, they pinch off at least (a third), and insert a smaller ear plug that fits their ear canal better, is more comfortable, seals easier and blocks out better. 1. Just as you are about to insert, take ONE ear plug and {work it or knead it} thoroughly between your fingers or hands for at least 20 seconds to make it soft, moldable and to disburse the Pure Lanolin throughout the ear plug. Pure Lanolin makes the ear plug slightly “tacky” so that it stays securely in the ear canal and seals it. When the ear plug is soft and moldable and ready to insert, it doesn't matter what shape it is; round, flat, long or narrow; just follow the next step. If you are going to pinch off to make a smaller ear plug, then now is the time. 2. Using the tip of your index finger, push FIRMLY & FLATTEN the ear plug IN and AGAINST your ear canal (until you feel a GOOD SEAL!) If it doesn't seal immediately, then hold your finger pressed against the ear plug (with slight pressure) for a few more seconds and it will seal well. 3. Now take the other ear plug, prepare it the same way & insert it into the other ear. With both ear plugs inserted correctly & sealing the ear canals, you’ll notice a big improvement. 4. To Remove: Simply pinch the ear plug with your thumb & index finger and gently pull downward and out. Nancy, please give this fine moldable ear plug, “A Fair Test”.
