The truth is that the ear plugs I purchased are the best I've used. The truth also is that this amounts to free advertising; what's in it for me?

It takes five minutes or more to get these earplugs in and they are sometimes too uncomfortable to wear. They seem to be too big for me. I would not recommend them.

I ordered Mike's belay glasses, which then sent me to earplugsonline.com, which is the distributor for the belay glasses. THe ordering process was not clear, but effective. Delivery was quick. The glasses showed up and literally fell apart in my hand while removing them from the packaging. One lens fell right out, with poor gluing, and the other lens was obviously chipped. There was some effort from the earplugsonline to get me keep the glasses and refund me a portion of the cost, but they are simply unacceptable at any price. Over the next few days they issued a return fedex tracking slip, and the glasses were picked up. Almost a week after they received the glasses, they finally issued my refund. All in all, that was 3 weeks from when I first got the product to getting my refund. No one was rude, but nor did they inspire confidence or a desire to do business with them again.

I have tried many different ear plugs from expensive to very inexpensive. These are by far the best. Comfortable and didn't fall out. I cut them down since I have small ear canals and they worked just fine.

I really liked these ear plugs. I bought them for international travel, but have not actually used them for that, as I haven't gone yet. Instead, I used them whilst cutting wood with a tractor and a wood saw. They were great. Yes, I could still hear the saw, but it was subdued to only background noise. The best part? Normal earplugs, the foam ones, always take ages to get in right, and I don't feel they cover the sound well, and then inevitably pop out. Not so these ones. Once they were in, they were in. The only drawback? It felt a little weird putting a plasticine like substance in my ears. This quickly melted away when I realised just how good they were.

Highly recommend them. They keep 90 percent plus sound out.
