I like to read in bed before turning out the light and when my ear plugs are in I don't hear the heavy walking of the adults, the child running and screaming and the dog moving around upstairs. I can sleep through an entire night without hearing them and that's great.

I Love the earplugs other than the blue colouring that leaves blue stains in my ears and on the towels after I go swimming. It would be much better if these were made more of a flesh colour or even left natural colour of beeswax.

Simple to use and they block the sound as promised. Delivery worked as promised.

Not worth all the hype ! Had to us and not any better than others ! I wish I had my money back !
