Dear Kelly: Your review of our service and product is very important to us and we always do whatever it takes to bring satisfaction to the customer that trusts us. I've checked all our incoming phone messages and all our incoming e-mails and not one was from you concerning the delivery or the product or quality as well. We encourage every customer to communicate with us, for our soft and moldable BEESWAX ear plug is different and far superior to the standard foam ear plugs. Regarding delivery, I've learned through the tracking number that your order took 5 business days to reach you. Our website informs the customer that the average is 4-7 business days. Regarding the product, This is Pure Natural Beeswax and not parafin based wax. Regarding the preparation: just before insertion, each ear plug must be kneaded between one's fingers for at least 15 seconds to make the ear plug soft, moldable and to disburse the Pure Lanolin throughout the ear plug. When the ear plug is sufficiently kneaded, it does not leave a blue residue; yet having said that, the residue, if any, is Lanolin & the blue color is the food coloring and will dissipate by the second wearing anyway.
