I have never been able to wear earplugs that fit my ear canal and really work. Others usually fall out or just don't block the noise of my husband's snoring. These work great for me. I was a bit skeptical at first; but oh so happy that a friend recommended them!

They are very effective at blocking out noise but because they are so expensive you need to use them for a long time before changing them. I would rather pay less & use more of them.

For me they help block out perhaps 75 to 85% of the snoring, which is usually enough. They are more comfortable and easier to put in than the spongy type.
