I have no problem using it. As I share this lot with my son who has a snoring wife, one of the ear plugs broke into two pieces, leaving half inside his ear canal, and he has to get it out with help on the first day. I wonder , he has got them out in a hurry .He was adamant he did it according to the instruction. Anyway, after this incident, he is more careful and very happy about the product.u

I have tried many things to help me sleep due to my husband's snoring and this is by far the best. Other earplugs ended up irritating my ears and waking me up. This molds perfect to my ears. Just having long hair I have to be careful to put my hair behind my ears so it doesn't get stuck in it, but it works great.

I had such high hopes for these earplugs based on all of the reviews that I read. They are indeed reusable, but unfortunately (for me) they do not block as much sound as Hearos Xtreme series earplugs that I have been using for some time. As such, I'm regretting purchasing a 12-pair pack. Update 02/21 :: To earplugsonline.com customer service. Why ask for customer feedback if you're just going to regurgitate the same boiler plate "we're great and you're an idiot" junk? I followed the product directions exactly and ended up with a stained pillow case and earplug bits stuck deep in my ear canal. Your product, in fact, DOES NOT block as much sound as the Hearos that I was and now still are using. Please contact me with an RMA as I would like a refund for the remaining 11 pair of earplugs. Thank you in advance for your prompt attention to my refund request.

Dear Casey: Our Mighty Plugs Beeswax ear plugs will block out MUCH MORE SOUND than the FOAM Hearos ear plugs; but our ear plug needs to be inserted correctly to SEAL the ear canal. Once SEALED, you will immediately notice the SILENCE and you will be grateful that you took the time to write us. All the reviews are 100% legitimate. This ear plug works. You just have to insert it correctly and it will prove itself. . Casey, your success with our ear plug is IMPORTANT to us. We are with you (all the way) until this works perfectly for you. Please follow the instructions below (exactly) and you will be very very pleasantly surprised. 1. Just prior to insertion (work) or (knead) ONE ear plug somewhat vigorously through your fingers for 15 seconds to make it (soft), (moldable) and to disburse the Pure Lanolin throughout the ear plug. Lanolin makes the ear plug (slightly tacky) so that it stays securely in the ear canal and seals it. 2. Then using your index finger, push (Firmly) and (Flatten) the ear plug (IN) and (AGAINST) your ear canal (until you feel it SEAL). IMPORTANT : If it doesn't seal immediately, just keep your finger pressed against the ear plug with slight pressure for a few more seconds and it will warm and seal the ear canal completely. 3. Now take the other ear plug and do the same preparation and insertion for the other ear. Casey, we all wear the same exact ear plug so please feel free to phone our office for any help. These ear plugs did not work for blocking out snoring I would not recommend them. As for customer service awesome people just wish product did what it said....

Dear Heather: This fine ultra-high blocking ear plug will work wonderfully. We should know, for all of us in the office wear the same ear plug for the (same reason). We will be with you all the way until you get complete success with this fine ear plug. Important note: The ear plug has to be inserted correctly to (seal) the ear canal and really block out much. Please follow the instructions below (exactly) and you will have a very pleasant surprise: 1. Just prior to insertion (work) or (knead) ONE ear plug somewhat vigorously through your fingers for 15 seconds to make it (soft), (moldable) and to disburse the Pure Lanolin throughout the ear plug.
