My motorcycle is very loud. These plugs saved my hearing plus they are comfy.

Skeptical at first now I am a true believer! Blocked out almost all sound! To the point you can hear your own blood rushing through your veins! They really are that good! Neighbors pain in the but dog.... silenced! Noisy Wife up at 3 AM...... negated! Meditation silence...... PERFECT! Thank you for the peace and quiet!

I ordered a trial pack of two to see if they would work for me. My order arrived very quickly (to New Zealand) and was well packaged. I have very noisy neighbours and was being driven to despair by not being able to enjoy a peaceful time whilst at home. I have tried conventional soft bullet shaped plugs but they are not as comfortable, don't block noise as well as the Mighty Plugs and don't work for me when sleeping. Mighty Plugs are very very good at blocking noise. They are easy to insert, extremely comfortable and I don't hear my neighbors banging and crashing about now (only hear very reduced noises that are almost unnoticeable and not bothersome) :-) Follow the instructions when inserting and you can't go wrong. If you have hair that covers your ears,ensure none is trapped in the plug when inserting. I have not experienced any problems with my hair sticking on the plugs when I sleep. If I am eating or drinking with the plugs in, I sometimes need to push gently against them afterwards to re-seal. I rinse them out every morning in soapy water and leave them to dry out before using again. That these plugs are natural is a bonus for me also. My only one criticism is the first few times of using, my ears are left with a blue tinge. It would be preferable if they were a 'neutral' colour. I am definitely buying more of these plugs!!

Best noise reduction plugs out there money well spend

These are the best earplugs. If you get them seated good and tight you literally don't hear anything except your own breathing. I don't hear my husband or the dog snoring. I don't hear the dog barking. I don't hear the cats romping through the house at 2 in the morning. I use them on planes when traveling. In hotels. It's complete peace and quiet! The order comes quickly also.

I had to share a small cabana with my sister, a world-class snorer. The plugs helped for her standard issue snoring, but not her premium issue, which often follows an evening of red wine consumption. The plugs got mixed up with my hair (not ear hair, regular hair!) very easily and the hairs were impossible to extract from the plugs. Then I felt like the general dirt from my fingers was too involved from the massaging of of the plugs to make them fit. I still have two fresh ones that I will use when I have to share a room with my sister again.

These ear plugs kinda remind me of the clay we use to have in school. Kinda oily/waxy texture. Even smells similar. I will say this...once you press the material into your ear, it forms to your ear canal and everything becomes silent. As a woman with long hair and a snoring hubby, these do not work well at night. My hair gets all stuck in them! Kinda like chewing gum! Its a mess! So, while they don't work for me, the could very well work for someone with short hair.

They work well and are easy to use! One question: How often do I need to change the earplugs, that is, use new ones?
