Dear John: I researched your past 3 orders and discovered that (there never was) any notification or communication between you and our office either (by phone) or (e-mail); either to inform us that your last 2 ear plug orders were softer than before or that the ear plug broke apart. After shipping out many thousands of orders worldwide throughout the same period of time, we haven't received any other reports similar to yours. Plus, we all here in the office wear the same exact ear plug both daily and nightly. It is so very difficult to have the ear plug brake off because it is held together very well with cotton fibers. One would have to exert extreme force by pinching the ear plug too forcefully when removing the ear plug to have it brake off.
