The title of my review says it all. I will never ever buy another brand of earplug. I'm concerned about the colour though. They are blue. Beeswax and cotton are the two ingredients. How are they blue. I fear they may be abusing Smurfs. Csaba

I am a person who snores and my wife truly needed an excellent set of ear plugs. I read the reviews and thought they sounded too good to be true, but they were very accurate. After my first small order to test the product I later went back to order a larger economy set.

Unfortunately did not eliminate or minimise my partners snoring. Dulled environmental outside noise but no more than my regular foam ear plugs. Disappointing when foam ear plugs are so much cheaper. I also felt like I was moulding play dough into my ears and concerned that any tiny bits would crumble off into ear canal and cause blockage. On the positive side it makes sure I wash my ears daily as I don't want any one to see any blue remnants that seem to discolour ear lobe on removal.

Dear Evie: MIGHTY PLUGS will ((( BLOCK OUT ))) ((( ALL ))) THE SNORING !!! BUT, they have to be PREPARED and INSERTED ((( CORRECTLY ))) Evie, yes the ear plug is made from Beeswax and is soft and moldable, but it is held together very well with strong cotton fibers, one would have to be very careless and pinch the ear plug with great force to break it apart. There is a video on our website earplugsonline.com and a webpage "To Insert & Remove" that is devoted to Inserting our ear plug. Secondly, you have an instruction card that tells one one how to insert and remove. It also came with your order. Thirdly, Evie, please follow the instructions below EXACTLY and you'll be amazed, even shocked at how well they block out. 1. The very first time that the ear plugs are prepared for insertion, you take ONE ear plug at a time and (knead it or work it) thoroughly through your fingers or hands for at least 20 seconds to make it soft, moldable and to disburse the pure Lanolin throughout the ear plug. 2. Now that it is moldable, use the tip of your index finger and (push and flatten) the ear plug somewhat ( firmly ), IN & AGAINST your ear canal, until you feel a good SEAL. If it doesn't SEAL immediately, just keep your finger pressed against the ear plug for a few more seconds, and it will SEAL the ear canal, not protrude out from the ear and block out superbly. 3. Now take the other ear plug, prepare it the (same way and insert it exactly the same way) as the first ear plug. My partner snores quite badly, and I never could get to sleep or feel like I had a good sleep. These ear plugs are fantastic for blocking out his snoring. I now get a good nights sleep, I don't know what I would do with out them. Great product!

These don't block out all the noise, so I can still hear my alarm clock, but they make my husband's snoring soft enough that I can sleep next to him instead of running for the couch!

My husband found these for me and I am sooooo grateful. His snoring was keeping me awake every night and the foam ones are awful. Didn't stay in my ears, were too big, just not pleasant. These are great!!! They fit snugly, stay in place all night and are really quite comfortable. No expanding, no popping out. And I made mine smaller by removing some of the wax (I assume that's what the material is) and they are a perfect fit. Thanks for helping me sleep. It is essential!
