Best ear plugs?
My order of 6 pair of ear plugs in a carrying case plus an extra individual case came promptly. However both cases were cracked. When I called customer service to request a replacement for only the cases, I was informed that the cases were "not guaranteed", and therefore not replacable. I was told that my only recourse was to return the whole package at my one expense. $25 for a broken product. I DID return the whole package and was refunded promptly. I then purchased Mack's Pillow Soft Silicone Putty Earplugs (6 pair) at my local drugstore for $4. They came on a container as well. Buyer Beware.

Oh Sally: YES, The MIGHTY PLUGS ear plugs are the BEST !!!, but the plastic cases may not be !!! THE TRUTH NEEDS TO BE TOLD !!! or was this simply your MISUNDERSTANDING ??? Sally, of course the cases are ( freely ) replaceable. If they are simply cracked without affecting the ear plugs, then we simply replace the cases , (without the customer having to prove) that they were cracked. If the plastic cases have broken to where they may have endangered the ear plugs, then we ask the customer to send everything back to us for a ( free replacement ). We even refund you any postage the customer may have incurred to return it to us. Most sincerely Mary-customer service
